Future Search is a
large group planning meeting that brings a “whole system”
into the room to work on a task-focused agenda. The meeting
is based on a simple notion: If we want new strategic plans,
we need to use structures and processes equal to our
aspirations. Such aspirations - sometimes labeled “cultural
transformation” or “paradigm shift” – seem abstract, elusive
and hard to initiate.
